Gareth, Jamie and Ben were totally awesome. I was treated like royalty, and no question was left unanswered. Would definitely buy from Vertu BMW Yeovil again. But don't intend to give this one up any time soon!!

1. Sales weren't pushy. 2. Fair price offered for part exchange, without the need to engage in an awful haggle that makes the deal feel bad. 3. Good communication by email.

I had to wait 6 months, longer than was expected. An item was not fitted and the car had to return for fitting.

Very over priced, lady was very lovely and helpful. The guy not so much. My car had a fault light come on after we left so I went back and they told me it was there before. No way did I ever see that light and they were doing a recall with the lights

Extra work flagged up was initially missed and no video was received showing issues. Seem to be confusion over what was going on between 2 different service staff.

Super easy, and everything explained well. Given multiple options whilst looking at cars and prices. I had been in a few times over the last year looking at options and Jamie was patient whilst I was looking for the right deal!
