1. Sales weren't pushy. 2. Fair price offered for part exchange, without the need to engage in an awful haggle that makes the deal feel bad. 3. Good communication by email.

I had to wait 6 months, longer than was expected. An item was not fitted and the car had to return for fitting.

Car passed the MOT but 1 tyre had a small nail & break pads very worn & needed replacing soon. l took my car locally to be told break discs were worn and had to be replaced. It appears you don't take the wheels off but rely on eye test by mechanic.

Just little things you don't expect from the likes of a bmw dealership. I had had the inside of my car deep cleaned and when I got back into it after the service , the drivers mat was marked with what ever is on the workshop floor .

Gareth, Jamie and Ben were totally awesome. I was treated like royalty, and no question was left unanswered. Would definitely buy from Vertu BMW Yeovil again. But don't intend to give this one up any time soon!!
