Jamie Cox and Graham (sales manager) were wonderful. The decision to buy the car felt more like a conversation between us all rather than any hard sell. This allowed us to explore purchase options before making a decision. An enjoyable experience.

The experience was not what we expected at the start, but Ellie & Gareth sorted the issues and on the day of collecting the car it was enjoyable.

The experience exceeded our expectations. Car purchase is a notoriously anxious process where you automatically adopt a defensive posture and expect the worst. This experience from start to finish has restored our faith in the process.

Very pleased with service given, only down side was I was charged at the end and had to inform them I had a 5 year service agreement which they should have know of.

Lack of communication no alternative offered when car couldn't be returned to customer through no fault BMW recall. Mix up over what had been booked purchased online to what they understood. Provided with a complimentary umbrella for the trouble.
