Generally good but detail product knowledge too often lacking and no availability of a physical car to examine or test drive - despite the new iX I bought being 'in stock' when I first enquired 10 days before driving off with my new car...

Again, it would have bee 5 stars if Vertu Dorchester had not been closed down just prior to the new car delivery and transferred to Yeovil - which btw is an 80 minute drive away from where we live and now becomes our BMW service centre.

Specifically Andy and the team were exceptional. Turned the car around quickly after two significant safety failure that sales team were shockingly blasé about. Thanks to Andy's team, the issues were resolved and I was treated like a person.
